Applications Open

Applications for Rent/Utility aid will be open only at the date and time indicated on our main page. If you call outside those hours, your call will not be accepted or processed. See below for other important information.

Important information you need to know

  • We generally help with rent or utility aid only once in a rolling 12-month period. Exceptions are rare.

  • Do not apply unless you have carefully reviewed all of the information under our How to Apply link. Not following the instructions there will result in your application being delayed or denied.

  • Don't leave more than one voicemail on the application phone line. Doing so will delay your application.

  • If you have questions not answered on our website, call our Information Line at 503-235-8431. Call takers will not take your application, but they will do their best to answer all of your questions.
