Appointments for Rent & Utility Walk-ins

Starting August 1, 2018, people coming to our office to request rent and utility assistance can ask for an interview appointment later that day (or during the next two business days) rather than waiting in the lobby for several hours for their name to be called.   This will allow for applicants to run errands before their appointments begin. It will also allow applicants to return home to bring paperwork they may have forgotten on their first visit.

If you have more questions, please call our rent and utility hotline at 503-235-8431 (Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to Noon). Note that we won’t take appointments over the phone.
